GPT-4 and other LLMs do not suffice by themselves for travel planning since it needs plenty of complex reasoning beyond the scope of current LLMs (paper). This is why our AI tech, AlphaTravel, is based on the state-of-the-art for AI reasoning, papers called AlphaGeometry (paper) and AlphaProof (article) by Google Deepmind.
